The day has slipped away from me and it’s almost time to go and pick up the teenagers from school and head home for a busy evening with the family, as usual. But I find my mind today focused on the world around me and all of the turmoil and my heart is a bit heavy, to be honest, and my voice is hard to find today, which means I will look to someone else to express everything on my mind. So take a moment, and read these words from the inspiring Maya Angelou and look to the horizon and take the steps to change, as the rock, the river and the tree call out.
