The Yelapa Cottage is a warm equatorial style build, with a brick and wood trimmed fence surrounding a raised terra cotta tiled patio with embedded planters ( include optional and removable plants). Hand-painted tiled steps and stairs accent a unique custom layout based around a blue-tiled swimming pool, animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities. The main building features an upper loft and semi-private back room, connected to the side building with a covered awning tiled bridge walkway and waterfall spilling into the pool underneath.
