today I´m taking you to space with some awesomeness featured at the new round of Chronicles and Legends. GOSH you have to check that event out. Let me know if you need a shopping cart – I have transferable ones ;). Starting my shift I´ve emerged my quarters with BB-One just to run into lil creatures he´s never seen before. I told him they´re lions and they´re from earth, like me. They were friendly, he was curious and not as cheeky as he usually is – it was a wonderful encounter.  I don´t know how they appeared up here but these things happen quite regularly on a big starship so you stop questioning.

Naughty Hope

Hey Lovelies,

So, I was browsing Mystical Market, running around all happily and innocently – you know me…  When I came across the booths for Astara and Afterparty. Yes, both of them, next to each other. So far no suspicion. I checked their offerings, squeed, checked my L$ Balance, whinced, gulped and took their 5L$ Hunt gifts. Now I unpacked them and gasped in shock: THEY  HAVE TEAMED UP!!!! WAAHHH!! They´re both absolutely awesome and I like  both Alex and Gaze, knowing Alex a bit better cos he´s the bestestest Princess Bunneh evar and I love him and could cuddle him all day. But I also know he´s a cute lil twisted kinky fucker! I´ve only talked to Gaze once and he´s super sweet and awesome. Hm… I see a pattern there!

So to …delay… mischief and definately encouraging plotting I put them into a naughty corner. Now this…

Scared Silly

Diabetes.
I, like nearly 10% of the US population,
have it.
Although, I try to deny it and will occasionally
laugh about it, Diabetes is no joking matter.
It has left me vision impaired and more which
is why it was a no-brainer for me to join
Team Diabetes of Second Life in their
3rd Annual Scare Me Silly Event.

Team Diabetes of Second Life is an official and authorized team of The American Diabetes Association. The mission of Team Diabetes of Second Life is to raise awareness, tolerance, and funds for diabetes in the virtual world of Second Life. According to the World Health Organization (2016): 422 million adults in the world have diabetes and 1.5 million deaths are directly attributed to diabetes each year.

I don’t wanna die.
Not yet.
That is why I’m taking this event to heart.
As a message.
It’s time I stop my lax approach to this disease, pull up my big girl panties,
take the prescribed medications and better my health.
But, that will only be the beginning.

Scare Me Silly is an all inclusive event.
Running until October 27th, it features two Hunts, Live Performers,
DJ’s and an Art Show.
Designers have come out in hoards making shopping a treat.

I couldn’t breathe.

His big beautiful brown lips completely covered my own.
He quickly took me into his arms while near the church
drinking fountain.
I’ll never forget it and I still get butterflies in my stomach.

They are absolutely perfect for lips that practice.

Rock Your Rack, a Breast Cancer Charity Event,
donated over $1200 U.S Dollars to
the National Breast Cancer Foundation in 2017.

Paper, ROCK, Scissors

Roshambo.
Another name for the decision making free hand game
mostly known as Paper, Rock, Scissors or some other
form of the three words.
You know the rules:
Paper covers Rock.
Rock blunts Scissors.
Scissors cut Paper.
Now, indulge me for a moment…

What if Paper represented Cancer and what if
Rock stood in the place of a cancer Patient?
Scissors can then be how the Rock views them —
Pharmaceutical companies, Chemo, Supportive family, etc.
Keep indulging me…

Paper (cancer) suddenly covers Rock (Patient).
Mind you, paper only covers.
It does not smother, contain or completely envelop it.
That means light can shine through giving the Rock
the ability to blunt the Scissors (Chemo, Fam, etc)
so they aren’t too difficult to handle; using them to be Paper-Free.
Indulging should continue, please…

Besides the Scissors, the Rock has a helper — a sidekick, if you will.
And it’s named after it’s Heroine/Hero….
ROCK.
YOUR.
RACK.

If you haven’t heard, Models Giving Back will be presenting
Rock Your Rack, an annual charity event supporting
the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) this year.
NBCF provides help and inspire hope to those affected
by breast cancer through early detection, education
and supportive services.
And yes.  That includes men, as well.

In it’s 6th year, Rock Your Rack involves 72 Designers,
features 2D/3D Artists and 3 Tribute Concerts.
Is that all?
NOPE!
Rock is also rocking it with 23 DJ Dance Parties, 12 Live Music Artist Shows, 6 Fashion Shows, the 10L Hunt and Silent Auctions.
It is an all inclusive event where there is literally something for everybody.

Beginning September 29th – October 12th, you have plenty of time to
save your Ls, clear your calendar and get ready.
This event is gonna be music to the ears
and fulfillment of the heart.
