Trampled to death.
Sometimes, that is the best way to describe how I feel.
And this is one of those times.
I’m on an emotional roller coaster, Ya’ll.
Up, down, left, right and under the damn-ass dirt.
Gawd, don’t let the tears start because when they do,
it’s a total stampede….

In this state, I try not to burn bridges.
The relationships I have with others are special and unique.
But, if you bombard me, I can’t think.
I can’t create!
I can’t love.
I’m gonna lace up my Converse and seriously think about
running away with the herd.
I need space.

Keep Calm, ya say?
Pfft.
First, I gotta get calm.
They say having pets can bring such peace.
Well, guess what?
I’m surrounded….

It’s rare for a Blogger (this one, anyway) to be asked to write about
something so unique and fun, that you adopt it into your everyday life.
Clothes, Hair, Makeup, Jewelry, Shoes — I have tons
(most I purchased myself).
I even have animals like KittyCats, but nothing like this…

How do I explain Second Life’s Digital Farm System?
Well, let me begin by taking it from the source:

“Digital Farm System (DFS) is an amazing new farming simulation system on Second Life (SL), which allows player experience the depths of farming life by planning their farming goals, breeding different types of farm animals, and grow their own crops, plants and trees.”

DFS is amazing.
Straight up.
It’s so involved that I can barely wrap my head around it.
Not only do you raise farm animals like Cows, Bulls and Pigs.
But, also tend to crops, butcher (unless you’re vegetarian)
and cook what you’ve grown.

There is a huge trading system in place and although I am new to it all,
I plan to become more involved.

I don’t know what came over me.

Smooch

I couldn’t breathe.

His big beautiful brown lips completely covered my own.
He quickly took me into his arms while near the church
drinking fountain.
I’ll never forget it and I still get butterflies in my stomach.
It was…
Messy.

Long lasting.
It was all those things — my first real kiss.
I kissed him again and again later on.

PERFECT.

I think my diligence paid off since I honestly think
kissing is something I do well.

Believe it or not, a lot of who we are surfaces unconsciously in our avatars.
That is probably why no matter what avatar I create or what skin
I’m in, my mouth must be wide and full.

I  feel my styling is incomplete.

Paper, ROCK, Scissors

Roshambo.
Another name for the decision making free hand game
mostly known as Paper, Rock, Scissors or some other
form of the three words.
You know the rules:
Paper covers Rock.
Rock blunts Scissors.
Scissors cut Paper.
Now, indulge me for a moment…

What if Paper represented Cancer and what if
Rock stood in the place of a cancer Patient?
Scissors can then be how the Rock views them —
Pharmaceutical companies, Chemo, Supportive family, etc.
Keep indulging me…

Paper (cancer) suddenly covers Rock (Patient).
Mind you, paper only covers.
It does not smother, contain or completely envelop it.
That means light can shine through giving the Rock
the ability to blunt the Scissors (Chemo, Fam, etc)
so they aren’t too difficult to handle; using them to be Paper-Free.
Indulging should continue, please…

Besides the Scissors, the Rock has a helper — a sidekick, if you will.
And it’s named after it’s Heroine/Hero….
ROCK.

the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) this year.
NBCF provides help and inspire hope to those affected
by breast cancer through early detection, education
and supportive services.
And yes.  That includes men, as well.
